Athletic development has 5 pillars- technical skills, tactical awareness, physical (power, strength, and speed) mental toughness, and character. An athlete will maximize potential with proper long term Strength and Conditioning. We offer a variety of different S&C options - 1 on 1 personal training, Semi-Private Training, Team Training, S&C Memberships, and more.We learn to crawl, stand, walk, and then run, and strength and conditioning is very similar. It is imperative that a proper foundation is established for every individual athlete. This will be built upon for years to come. Jim Frederickson comes to The Dome Red Deer from Brandon, Manitoba. He is a professional strength and conditioning coach that specializes in the development of high performance professional and amateur athletes. His passion is to help people optimize their performance and health through a holistic approach.
Nate Justice, comes from Nova Scotia. He specializes in improving body composition and strength development.
He traveled to Spain to learn from the world renown strength coach, Charles Poliquin. He has been running a successful international health & wellness business for the past three years.
