  1. Minimum 10 Hours (users looking for less than 10 hours can book individual bookings via website)
  2. Reservation (14-day Reservation period)
    1. $250 Reservation Fee (Non-refundable and to be applied to total balance of rental)
  3. Confirmation (rental is secured)
    1. Deposit: 50% deposit required (For extended bookings this may be reduced)
    2. Signed User Agreement: Signed user agreement
  4. Finalization
    1. Payment: Remainder required 7 days prior to usage
      1. Insurance: $2,000,000 Certificate of Insurance required
      2. Failure to make full payment or provide Certificate of Insurance prior to the 7 days is considered a cancellation of rent

  2. RSM Field – 32m x 45m (7v7 Soccer field with Field Lacrosse lines)
  3. ENMAX Field – 32m x 45m (7v7 Soccer field with Box Lacrosse lines)
  4. Fenway Field – 32m x 45m (7v7 Soccer field or Full Baseball infield)
  5. Wrigley Field – 32m x 32m (Softball infield)
  6. 1⁄2 Field – 45m x 66.75m (9v9 Soccer Field with 50yd Football dashes)
    1. 1⁄2 field rentals are priced as two 1⁄4 fields

  • 30 days plus: Cancellation fee of 20% of total fees
  • Less than 30 days: Cancellation fee of 50% of total fees
  • Less than 7 days: Cancellation fee of 75% of total fees

  1. Must be rescheduled immediately
    1. 30 days plus notice: No rescheduling fee (full transfer of deposit)
    2. Less than 30 days: Rescheduling fee of 20% of total fees
    3. Less than 7 days: Rescheduling fee of 50% of total fees
  2. New date/time must be within 60 days of the original date
