  • Private Training- $70-$80/Session
  • Semi-Private (2-4 people) Training- $40-$50/person/Session
  • Small Group (5-9 people) Training- $30/person/Session
  • Team Training (10-14 players)- $20/player/Session
  • Team Training (15+ players) $15/player/session
  • Fitness Assessment- $150
  • Nutritional Consultation- $60

  • What to bring– Athletes will need to bring athletic wear, spill proof water bottle, shoes, and moulded plastic cleats if possible.
