Hitting, Fielding, and Pitching Lessons
This program is for baseball players that want to perform well in tryouts and be an impact player on their team this upcoming season. This program focuses on the Technical and Tactical Pillars, instructing on hitting, fielding, pitching, base running, and baseball IQ.
Players are required to bring a glove, bat, helmet and non-spill water bottle. Long sleeves and pants are recommended. Non metal cleats or runners. Dress warm!

Tuesdays 7pm-8:45pm
Thursdays 7pm-8:15pm
(12 weeks of Baseball Training and instruction)
Cost: $675 + gst (Price includes Central AB Sox hoodie) No refunds**
Strength and Conditioning: $15/session for groups of 10 or more. Call into The Dome and we will assign you a group.
