Hitting, Fielding, and Pitching Lessons
Developmental Baseball 2.0 is for “AA” and “AAA” level players ages 10-12yrs who want to get ready for tryouts and their upcoming season. Our Dome Baseball coaches and staff will continue to focus on developing the fundamentals of the game in the Technical and Tactical Pillars of development. Working on hitting, fielding, pitching, base running, and baseball IQ.
Players are required to bring a glove, bat, helmet and non-spill water bottle. Long sleeves and pants are recommended. Non metal cleats or runners. Dress warm!
Ages: U13 (Maximum 24 Player Limit)
Level: AA/AAA players
Start Date: Jan 8, 2024
End Date: April 10, 2024
Day/Time: Mondays & Wednesdays 6:30pm-8pm
(Twenty Eight sessions / 42 total hours of pre-season training. 12 more hours than 1.0)
Cost: $750 + gst. Price includes Twenty Eight sessions/42 hours of pre-season development and Central Alberta Sox Hoodie. No refunds**

Strength and Conditioning: Players who are interested in S&C can contact The Dome to be placed in a group.
Cost: $15/Session for groups of 10 or more players.
