11U-15U REC Baseball and Softball 4.0
Rec 4.0 is for Rec, A players, and multi-sport athletes that only have 1 day a week for baseball off-season training! This program will help all players improve their game and get ready for tryouts and their upcoming season. Coaches will focus on teaching the fundamentals of baseball and softball in a fun, encouraging, low consequence, developmental environment. Please note there are two groups so register for the one appropriate for your son or daughter.
Players need to bring a glove and non-spill water bottle. If players have a bat and helmet, please bring them as well. Long sleeves and pants are recommended. Dress warm!

Baseball- Fridays 5pm-6:30pm
Softball- Fridays 6:30pm-8pm
Field: Wrigley
Cost: $225 + gst (No refunds)
Format: Warm-up, station work, offensive and defensive drills, gameplay.
