GRASSROOTS SOCCER (U5-U10)
Our Grassroots soccer program is for girls and boys of any ability looking to try out soccer and learn new skills while having fun and making new friends.
Features: Technical focus on passing, receiving, dribbling, turning and ball mastery aspects of soccer.
Format: Each session is split into technical practice and small sided games. Small sided games range from 1v1 to 5v5 game format.
What to Bring: Soccer cleats, non spill water bottle, and athletic wear. Dress Warm!
U5 GRASSROOTS 2.0 (Age 4)
Our (U5) program consists of 1 session per week. The session includes a focus on ball mastery aspects of soccer and fun disguised learning games.
Level: Mixed Ability Co-ed
Day: Tuesdays only
Start: Tuesday April 22nd, 2025
Ends: June 24th, 2025
Duration: 10 weeks

U6-U7 (Age 5-6), U8-U10 (Age 7-9) GRASSROOTS
Our (U6-U7), (U8-U10) program includes 1 day of training + 1 game in the week. The sessions include technical focus on passing, receiving, dribbling, turning and ball mastery aspects of soccer.
