Josh Calderon was born and raised in Red Deer, AB. He played
soccer throughout the city and college leagues until he moved to
Victoria, BC to pursue his career. After completing his degree in
Athletic and Exercise Therapy in 2013, he moved back home and
wanted to utilize his acquired passion for strength training and injury
rehabilitation to serve the Central Alberta community. Since then, he
got married, lived in Vancouver for 2 years, and recently moved back
with his wife and baby daughter.
Along with wanting to help in the athletic development of his clients,
his desire throughout the years has been to bridge the gap that exists
between therapy, fitness and wellness, which so often are approached
as separate components.
