Little Sox/ Little Sluggers 4.0
Little Sox is for 9U advanced baseball players that want to take their game to the next level. Little Sluggers is for 9U baseball players (including beginners) interested in learning the game of baseball and softball. We teach introductory baseball/softball concepts and FUNdamentals. Athletes will go through fun warm up drills, followed by station work and mini games. Our philosophy at this age is keep it fun, keep it moving, simple solid teaching points, and make sure the kids get lots of reps.

What to Bring: Players will need to bring a glove, spill proof water bottle, and clean running shoes or cleats. If they have a bat and helmet please bring those as well but they are not required. We recommend wearing pants rather than shorts. Dress warm!
