The Dome Red Deer is a 107,000 square foot state of the art, multi-sport indoor training facility. We specialize in athletic development for all sports and all ages. we offer individual and team training, and rent our facility to individuals and teams throughout Alberta.
our passion
Long winters, lack of indoor fields, and limited access to elite coaching and training, put our youth at a significant disadvantage when pursuing almost anything but hockey! Our goal is to level the playing field between non winter sport athlete’s in Central Alberta to compete with athlete’s from warmer climates in North America. The Dome accomplishes this by offering a state of the art training facility coupled with intentional and high end athletic development.
Conveniently located off Gasoline Alley, our facility is designed with athletes in mind. Our programming is geared toward athletes from 5-25 years of age. We offer a wide range of seasonal camps and clinics, year round academies, as well as monthly memberships for the elite athlete, or anyone who wants to train like an elite athlete. Watch the ball fly off your bat in our MLB sized infield, or run the distance of our FIFA sized soccer field.

Whether you are looking for specialty camps, or to spend a few hours in the batting cages, we offer drop ins and monthly memberships. Our certified coaches are available to all athletes in The Dome. Our sport specific camps and clinics are customized to develop athletes of all ages.

Use this field to warm up, play long toss, or to be active with your toddler during our "Little Tots" sports academy classes!
Batting Cages
Get your reps year round in our cages. Our in-house hitting instructors are available to fine tune your swing.
High Performance Centre
If you’re an athlete you get it. This is a place for Elite athlete’s to train or anyone who wants to train like an Elite athlete.
Major League Infield
This full major league infield opens up a world of opportunities for baseball and softball. Watch the ball fly off your bat, learn to run the bases, and sharpen your fielding skills.
High Quality Turf Field
The Dome includes a full sized indoor soccer field, major league baseball infield, batting cages, multi-purpose field / Kid Zone, high performance gym, as well as numerous spaces for meetings and parties.
Full Sized 11 vs 11 Soccer Field
Using a cable netting system, we are able to turn this one large field into Four smaller fields. Perfect for men’s and women’s league games, youth tournaments, and in house camps and clinics.
